The Swiss reputation for precision, once again comes to the fore in the Jet range of drill presses. The Morse taper inside the quill has a guaranteed concentricity of less than 0.03 mm. The spindles are supported by precision ball bearings. As would be expected with drills of this quality, a 16mm keyless precision chuck is part of the standard equipment. The powerful motor is rated for continuous operation. A precision drill depth stop is fitted as standard to all the models. N.B. It is advisable to bolt the base of the drill to a solid surface before operation.
